You may provide your logo file in a hi-res pdf, tif or eps format. The file may be attached during the Check Out process of your order.

DMW Design will handle the return of the damaged product as well as sending a replacement product to you. If you receive a shipment that has been damaged, call DMW Design immediately at 563.445.6678 and DO NOT THROW AWAY THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. All of our order shipments are insured but cannot be claimed as damaged if the original packaging isn't available to confirm how the damage occurred.
If there is a problem with the product(s) you received, contact us immediately at 563.445.6678. All sales are final except where quality of product is compromised. Replacement products will be provided at no extra charge.
